The Zurich-based start-up is developing and using AI specifically to give all frontline employees access to real-time feedback and development for the first time, in addition to desktop employees. Since its launch in September 2021, the company has already acquired more than 50 customers with a total of more than 30,000 employees using the SaaS solution, reducing their staff turnover costs by up to 50 per cent. FLOWIT bootstrapped its annual recurring revenue to over CHF 1.5 million.
